Cancellation Policy:A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance due and payable at time of check-in.
A full refund of deposit if notice of cancellation is received 28 days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
No refunds nor reimbursements will be issued for any hydro or Internet outages nor will refunds be credited should you decide to leave early or shorten your stay once you've arrived.If notice of cancellation is received less than 28 days from scheduled arrival date, a full refund of deposit is provided only if all secured dates are rebooked.A $50 Cdn administration fee applies for all cancellation date changes (based on availability)Refund are made to the original credit card only.All cancellations are to be made by phone only (we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance).

For the comfort of all of our guests, quiet time will be from 10:30pm - 7:00am.
If you require light housekeeping, a extra charge of $25.00 will apply on your account.
Accepted Forms of Payment are:
Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.Check In Time is 3:30pm and Check Out Time is 11:00am.
Should you be arriving after 6:00pm please call us to notify us that you will require a late check in time.
Sorry, no pets!. Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the premises.
